In the rare event that a coral arrives dead, we must be notified within 1 hour of receiving the coral. If it has arrived dead and you provide evidence with photos of it in the bag dead and in it's our fault we will offer a credit or refund.
Over 1 hour and we cannot offer any refund/credit or take responsibility.
We will always arrange the delivery day with you, but if the delivery attempt is failed by you not signing for the parcel then we would not offer any refund or guarantee on the live corals as they are likely to die in colder water if they have to deliver on the second attempt.
